Lily Guo is a Co-founder of AbsolutePanda and a Senior Travel Designer with more than 20 years of experience in creating and managing tailor-made journeys in China. With a background in English literature and accounting from Sichuan University, Lily combines strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities to design seamless travel experiences for international guests.

Since entering the travel industry, Lily has specialized in itinerary planning, quotation, and tour coordination, developing a deep understanding of what makes a journey both enjoyable and memorable. She has successfully managed large-scale travel programs, including a major corporate tour involving nearly 1,000 participants, demonstrating her outstanding skills in logistics management and client service.

Known for her patience, efficiency, and creative approach to trip design, Lily carefully listens to each traveler’s interests and expectations, transforming ideas into well-crafted experiences.
